Your subscription includes technical support and all product updates, including major version updates, at no additional charge.


Your license includes:

  • One live database, plus backup and test copies of the same database.
  • Unlimited Exam-level users who may log on to take an exam or view their own data.
  • One FREE user license.
  • Track unlimited employees.


The program is powered by a Microsoft® Access® 2010/2013/2016 database (32-Bit or 64-Bit). If you don't already have Microsoft® Access® 2010 Service Pack 2, or Microsoft® Access® 2013 or 2016, our Runtime installer will install everything you need to get started, including the free runtime version of Access® 2016.

Available in standard or customizable editions. With the Customizable Edition, you will have access to all program code and design views to make your own modifications. Modifying the application requires the full version of Access® 2010 or better.

System Requirements

  • A standard PC running Windows® Vista/7/8/10.
  • At least 20 MB disk space. Extremely large databases may require up to 50 MB.


  • Up to 2 GB of data (over 2 million records).
  • Up to 255 concurrent users (we recommend no more than 15).
